The heavy-debris box. Low sides, a small footprint and the right container for anything dense — concrete, brick, dirt, tile or a small roof.

Specifications
12 ft long × 8 ft wide × 3.5 ft high
10 cubic yards — about 3 pickup truck loads
1–2 tons in the flat rate
About 20 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Is this the one?
The 10 yard is the most misunderstood container we run. People see the smallest number and assume it is for small jobs, when really it is the specialist box for the heaviest material there is.
Ten cubic yards sounds modest until you fill it with broken concrete, at which point you have a load sitting at the legal limit for a truck to move. That is exactly what it is designed for. The low sides also make it the easiest container to load by hand or barrow, which matters when you are shifting rubble rather than throwing boxes over the rail.
Straight advice: If your material is dense, this is the container regardless of how big the job feels. We will give you a fill line — usually a third to halfway for concrete — and stopping there keeps you at the quoted price.

Same flat pricing model across all five. The only question is which weight allowance matches your material.

Roughly 12 ft long × 8 ft wide × 3.5 ft high. Allow about 20 feet of length on your driveway plus around 10 feet of width so the rear doors can swing open. The truck separately needs about 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance to roll it off, so low branches and service cables matter as much as the pad itself.
About about 3 pickup truck loads, and the flat rate includes 1–2 tons of weight. Volume and weight run out at different times depending on the material — light bulky debris fills the space first, while dense material like concrete, shingles or plaster hits the tonnage long before the container looks full.
Delivery, the rental period, collection, fuel, disposal and a stated 1–2 tons allowance, all in one flat number. If the load goes over that allowance you pay the per-ton rate we quoted at booking. No fuel surcharges, environmental fees or trip charges appear afterwards.
Describe the pile when you call and we will tell you honestly, including when a smaller container would do. The other sizes we run are the 15 yard, 20 yard, 30 yard, 40 yard, so there is usually a closer fit if this one is not it.
Yes. Extra days are inexpensive and arranged with one phone call. We would far rather extend the rental than have you rush a job or load the container above the top rail, which makes it illegal to transport and gets it refused at the gate.

We run roll-off dumpsters out of our 460 Cleveland Ave yard across Ottawa County and Allegan County — from the cottage lanes at Macatawa and Saugatuck to the farm drives around Overisel and Hamilton, and north up US-31 as far as Grand Haven. If your town is not on this list, call us anyway. We probably still get there.
