The jobs that need it, and the times we will say no
Same-day earns its keep in a handful of specific situations. A full container on a live site with a crew standing next to it. A closing date that moved and a house that has to be empty by Friday. Another hauler who did not show. Storm damage after a straight-line wind event takes out half the trees on a street. A roof stripped with weather coming.
And the honest limits. During spring frost-law postings we cannot legally run a loaded truck on restricted roads, and no amount of urgency changes that — rural Allegan and the northern Ottawa gravel roads are where it bites. Heavy lake-effect snow, ice or flooding will stop us. Very remote addresses at the edge of the service area may need a next-day slot to fit a route. And a call after mid-afternoon, particularly on a Friday, is usually a next-morning delivery.

How late can I call and still get a dumpster today?

Does same-day delivery cost extra?

We are local, the boxes are in our yard, and getting one on a truck today is a scheduling question rather than a premium service. What same-day does cost you is choice, since whatever size is on the ground is what you can have.
Can you swap a full container on a jobsite the same day?
Often, yes, and it is one of the main reasons contractors keep our number. Call as early in the day as you can and tell us it is a live swap with a crew waiting, because that changes how we sequence the route. Sites in Holland, Zeeland and along the US-31 corridor have the best chance.
